Data solidarity and the Pandemic Accord

Barbara Prainsack and Ilona Kickbusch wrote a paper on data solidarity and the Pandemic Accord, which is currently being negotiated among the countries of the World Health Organization (WHO).

The authors Barbara Prainsack and Ilona Kickbusch draw attention to the absence of a data governance strategy in these negotiations, and argue why data solidarity would be a helpful approach in this regard.
