CANCELLED Roundtable: KI - vom Hype zur Realität (in German)

Machine learning for document and evidence analysis in anti-fraud and law enforcement: common challenges, common solutions? 9 November 2021

Unfortunately, the event on 9.11.2021 has to be cancelled and postponed due to Corona. The new date is planned for the end of February / beginning of March 2022.

Constantly growing volumes of data are presenting new challenges to routine tasks and administrative activities everywhere. With advancing digitalization, new technical possibilities of automation by means of artificial intelligence also promise to revolutionize the ways of working in fraud detection, law enforcement and criminal justice, especially the area of data analysis. The roundtable is dedicated to the already widely used technologies for classification and information extraction in large document volumes. It is not necessary to talk about the extreme AI application examples of robot courts, facial recognition or predictive policing, but it is worthwhile to take a look at the much more mundane and comprehensive administrative and investigative tasks that can be supported by machine learning.
